For our production facility in Kadaň, Czech Republic we are looking for a
Head of Production (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient production operations with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S)
- Manage and develop a high-performing production team - including supervisors and technical support staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and professional growth
- Plan and optimize production capacity, resources, and workflows to ensure 100% on-time delivery
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and Planning teams in Czech Republic and Germany
- Control and optimization of the entire production processes taking KPI`s into account
What we expect
- At least 5 years of experience in an international production management role, ideally in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating larger teams
- Strong result orientation with a proven ability to deliver on targets and drive measurable improvements
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Lean, 5S, etc.) and a passion for continuous improvement
- English or German at a communicative level (minimum B2); both languages a plus
